All client assessments are firstly completed over the phone. Telephone consultations can be booked online or by calling Reception on 01582 497070.
You will be given a date and time of your booked telephone consultation appointment, and will be called within an hour of the time stated. The call will come from a withheld number or a Luton & Dunstable Hospital number.
Please make sure you are available to answer your phone and talk privately during this timeframe. Please note we will need to ask all clients some personal and intimate questions, and ask about your sexual history.
If you do not answer after 2 attempts, you will be marked as not attending and you will need to contact us again to book a new appointment.
Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so the slot can be given to another client. This can be done by calling reception. Thank you.
Please note that face to face clinic appointments will only be booked following a telephone appointment, if you require this.
Clinic appointments will only be booked for you after you have had an initial telephone consultation to determine your needs.
Please only attend clinic if you have been asked to come for a face to face appointment. If you come to clinic when you actually have a telephone consultation booked, you will be asked to leave without being seen and need to re-schedule your telephone appointment.
