- We offer a fast-track service for those with additional needs and disabilities. If this applies to you, please contact our SEND Outreach Lead, Sophie, on 07773110251. We can book you an appointment and ensure that your needs and requirements are met during your visit.
- We understand that attending clinic for the first time can be overwhelming. Please visit our ‘What to expect in clinic’ page for more information.
- Please also see our document below that gives you information about what to expect when you attend clinic.
- There is a quiet waiting room available if you prefer a private space to wait in. Please ask a member of our friendly reception team if you would like to use this room.
- A member of the Outreach Team can meet with you before your appointment. We are here to talk before you attend your appointment and can offer ongoing support after your appointment.
- We welcome carers and support staff to attend your appointment with you. Please bear in mind that they may be asked to wait in the waiting room whilst you have your appointment. This is to give you the opportunity to speak to one of our doctors or nurses confidentially.
- Plan how to get to us by visiting our Find Us page.
If you are deaf or hearing impaired and wish to book an appointment, text Sophie on 07773110351 with the details of the type of appointment that you need.
Be sure to inform Sophie of any specific requirements, such as the need for a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter and she can book this for you.
Once you have booked your appointment, please text Sophie if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We now have an Accessibility Toolbar located on the top left of each website page.
