Complaints Procedure
Luton Sexual Health aim to provide a professional and comprehensive service to all clients.
If you were not satisfied with the service you received and want to make a complaint then please follow the procedure below.
Please could you ask to speak to a senior member of staff in person on the day
Or you can request that they call you within 48 hours
Or email the department with the details on admin.team@ldh.nhs.uk

Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days. Your complaint will be investigated and addressed within 10 working days. We may contact you in the interim for clarification.
We will feed back any action taken, lessons learned and/or changes to practice that we have introduced.
