Patient Health Record
If you wish to book an apt for sexual health or contraception you can do this by calling us on 01582 497070 or booking online. If you wish to book an appointment online you can do so via the Patient Health Record. You will need to register your details here. You will then have access to book, change and cancel your appointments, order condoms to be delivered to you by post and by Spring 2025, if you test with us, there will be the option to access your test results here too.
A Patient Health Record gives you (the patient) the ability to set up and access your sexual health record online via our website. You will be able to book and cancel your appointments, order condoms to be delivered to you by post and by Spring 2025, if you test with us, there will be the option to access your test results here too.
You can access your own PHR at any time or day that suits you, whether you are booking an appointment, updating your details or checking test results (coming Spring 2025) the PHR gives you more control of how you access LSH.
Your PHR will ask you for a password. You must not tell anyone this password. The only way you can log in to the PHR is by entering your password. We will send you a text about your results. The text will be from an NHSNoReply text. Luton Sexual Health is a confidential service – your sexual health records remain separate from your GP and hospital records.
The PHR is only available to people over the age of 16. If you are 15 and under you can still access Luton Sexual Health. We have a weekly U18s clinic held at our Arndale House location from 4pm until 7pm.
