Luton Sexual Health provides a limited service for Psychosexual counselling – this is for people who have a psychological cause for their sexual dysfunction who are open to a talking-based therapy. It is not an assessment clinic for sexual dysfunction and no medications will be prescribed. Please only refer clients who are willing to access a talking-based therapy for their sexual problem.
The referral criteria and referral form can be found here. Any referrals received who do not meet the referral criteria or with an incomplete form will not be accepted.
If you have concerns about a vulnerable client – for example sexual assault, child sexual exploitation or Exposure to HIV – please call 07976406409 or 07976406912

We will endeavour to see urgent referrals the same day/next day as appropriate.
121 Targeted Intervention Programme
The 1-1 Intervention Programme can provide tailored support and advice to vulnerable children, young people and adults who may be displaying inappropriate or unsafe sexual behaviours, and those who may be at risk of poorer sexual health outcomes.
If you would like to make a referral, please click here to complete a referral form. If you are referring young people with SEND, please click here. The referral will then be assessed and if appropriate, the designated Education worker will make contact for an initial assessment. Please note that not all referrals will meet our assessment criteria. We can provide alternative support so you can support the client. The number of sessions can be extended for SEND young people.
